Christmas Scene Step Card

Today, I am sharing a Christmas card that I have created using Little Scraps of Heaven Designs' Twas the Night Before Christmas file.

 Instructions:
Cut one piece of craft cardstock at 5.5"x8.5". Using an craft knife or paper trimmer, cut your cardstock at 2" in from top to bottom and 2" in from the left side. Score the left side of the cardstock at 4.25" from the left side to the middle cut. Score the right side of the card at 1", 3.25", 4.75", and 7" from the right side of the card to the middle cut. Score all of the folds and ink the entire card with dark brown ink.

Cut one piece of patterned paper at 4"x5.25" and cut a 3"x3.25" piece out of the corner to create an L-shape. Cut a second piece of patterned paper at 1.25"x3.5" and a third piece at 1.5"x3.5". Ink each piece of patterned paper with dark brown ink and adhere to card base.

Cut Santa's silhouette and the moon at 3.5" in length, adhere Santa's silhouette to the moon, adhere the moon to the last section of the card base with one layer of foam.

Cut the window, window ledge and curtains at 3.5" in length, adhere curtains to window, adhere ledge to window with one piece of foam and adhered window to the middle section of the card base with one layer of foam.

Cut tree and tree skirt at size, adhere tree skirt directly to the front of the card base and adhere the tree to the front of the card with one layer of foam. Embellish tree with gemstones.
