This project was created for the Birthday Sundaes' Challenge #10 - Pearls and Lace.
As soon as I saw this prompt, I knew that I wanted to use the dress form from the Summer in Paris cartridge and create a romantic, vintage-style birthday card. I started with a standard 5"x7" card and layered it with designer paper. The background frame was cut from the Elegant Edges cartridge at 5.25" and wrapped with twine.
The corner pieces were cut from the Storybook cartridge at 1.5".
The dress form was cut at 5.75" and I adhered several layers of lace on top of each other to create a tiered skirt.
The sentiment frame was also cut from the Elegant Edges cartridge at 2.25".
All of the cuts were inked and popped up on foam for added dimension.

I just LOVE LOVE AND LOVE all your work. Thank you so very much for putting the sizes and paper lines you use. It makes me feel like I might be able to create something as beautiful as you do.
