"How Does Your Garden Grow?" 12x12 Double Layout

Edit: This project won Bitten by the Bug's Project of the Week Award!

This layout was created for the Bitten by the Bug 2 Fence Challenge and The Pink Stamper Challenge. This is a 12"x12" double layout featuring two 4"x6" photo mats and two 2.5"x3.5" photo mats (i.e. a standard wallet-sized photo).

Almost all of the cuts are from the Cricut Lite Bloom cartridge. The tree was cut at 8.5" and I added a few extra leaves in a darker green to add a little bit more dimension. The flower sprays were cut at 2.5".

The gate and fence sections were all cut at 3.5", embossed with the Cuttlebug Distressed Stripes embossing folder and inked with brown ink to add texture.

With a little bit of creative hand-cutting, I was able to turn this into a working gate that opens and closes. This would be a great place to add some hidden journaling or a hidden photo. The trellis is cut at 5.5"

The title is cut at 2" and the clouds are cut at 1.25".

The sun and the clouds were cut from the Mickey and Friends cartridge; the sun was cut at 3" and the clouds were cut at 1.25".

The circular frame is cut at 3" and I used a Recollections journaling stamp to create a small journaling spot.

Products used:
Cricut cartridges: Bloom and Mickey and Friends
Paper: K&Company - Kelly Panacci and Recollections cardstock
Stamps: Recollections Clear Stamps - Journal It
