This is a 12"x12" double layout featuring three 4"x6" photo mats. I used the Cricut Lite Twinkle Toes cartridge for all of the cuts on this layout.
As soon as I saw this cartridge, I knew that I wanted to use the stage as a photo frame but I had to get a little creative to make it work. I set my paper size on a piece of 8.5"x11" cardstock and cut the stage shadow on "fit to page" which cut the stage at 7.5". But when I tried to cut the curtain layers, they wouldn't fit...even on a piece of 12x12" paper. So I cut the curtains at the largest size possible which was 6" and popped them up on foam. Then I cut the valance layer twice in and layered the cuts. Surprisingly, these measurements work fairly well together. I cut the "dance recital" phrase at 2" and added it above the stage to create a title.
The dancers are cut at 4".
The tiara is cut at 1.25", the ballet slippers are cut at 4.5", the music bar is cut at 2" and the "ballerina" title is cut at 2".
The piano is cut at 4.5" inches and the "tiny dancer" title is cut at 2.25". I really like how many sentiment/frame shapes there are on this cartridge.
I cut the "stage fright" frame at 3" and used a Friskars date stamp to create a journaling spot. The "dance heart" title is cut 2".
